Press and Photographers

Accreditation is limited to 3 delegates per media (including also regional editors), from which only 1 photographer per media will be accepted. For conferment of accreditation the publication (e.g. magazine, newspaper, etc.) must be in public circulation and must be saleable to public. Publications of auto-clubs and companies with the inner circulation only, communication and advertising agencies cannot be accredited as media!
The Following documents must be sent together with the accreditation form for 34 Barum Rally Zlín.
Without them your application will be rejected!

1. letter with the official headings of the publication signed by the publisher, eventually by editor in chief, containing the names and position titles of the accreditation applicants
2. copy of the official journalist card (International card, Syndicate of Czech journalists, Club of sports journalists, media) of the accreditation applicant (the original will have to be submitted during the accreditation)
3. copy of published articles about last year’s Barum Rally Zlín, eventually of those about the European Championship or/and International Championship of the Czech Republic
4. information about publication (frequency, volume, regional circulation, etc.)
5. one original of publication
6. photographers must also submit at least 15 published photos from the European Championship and the International Championship of the Czech Republic from July 2003 till July 2004

Radio, TV, Video and electronic media

Conferment of accreditation for radios, TVs, video studios and electronic media (Internet), is fully in competence of the Barum Rally Zlín organizer and the Head of Press Centre. Following documents must be sent together with the accreditation form for 34th Barum Rally Zlín.
Without them your application will be rejected!

1. letter with the official headings of publication signed by the publisher, eventually by editor in chief, containing the names and position titles of the accreditation applicants (maximally five persons in staff)
2. copy of the official journalist card (International card, Syndicate of Czech journalists, Club of sports journalists, media) of the accreditation applicant (the original will have to be submitted during the accreditation)
3. short media/company characteristics (frequency of broadcasting, activity, range, etc.)

The Barum Rally Zlín 2004 accreditation is limited to max. five TV staff representatives (from which only three representatives will receive the PHOTO/TV vests), two radio representatives and two internet media representatives (from which only one will receive the PHOTO/TV vest)!

Attention! Private (commercial) video-studios will pay a deposit of 10.000,- CZK during accreditation. They will also include and place the advertisements of main rally partners in their recording after the agreement with organizers and will deliver eight video-cassettes free of charge no lately than one month after the end of the rally. After video-cassettes delivery they will receive back their deposit of 10.000,- CZK. If they do not deliver them, they will lose their deposit on behalf of the organizers! Video-studios accreditation is limited to max. five representatives!

Conferment or rejection of accreditation is fully in competence of the Barum Rally Zlín organizer (the Head of Press Centre) and is also limited by the number of accredited workers per the size of Press Centre and ensuring of their safety in the Rally.

Photographers and TV cameramen will receive special vests with the sign FOTO/TV against the deposit of 500 CZK in the accreditation.

The organizer acknowledges the list of FAS AČR journalists who are accredited in advance and their accreditation is accepted.

Attention! All accredited media representatives must be older than 18 (it is necessary to prove by the accreditation when asked).

Accreditation form including necessary annexes send by mail only to the address: Agentura ZLIN PRESS production, Šrámkova 349, 763 02 Zlín, Czech Republic. The beginning of accreditation reception is on Thursday 1 July, 2004 and the closure is on Tuesday 17 August, 2004. After this deadline no other accreditation will be accepted!
