Polish Solowow had an accident during the fight for the second position

Polish crew Michal Solowow and Maciek Baran with Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII (Cersanit Rally team) had an accident only two kilometers before the end of SS 14. Solowow were attacking the second position of the Czech driver Peták in overall classification (losing 10 seconds), nevertheless in the end the SS he had and accident, so he is not going to see the final ramp. The crew stayed unhurt without injuries.

Solowow will not gain the points for the European Championship in Zlín. If he reached some points, he would have a real chance to reach the third position of the overall classification.
