Notice for media workers – intructions for accreditation
On the basis of the organizer of the Barum Czech Rally Zlin, accrediations will not be granted through information system of the Czech championship promoter – Mediasport! All applicants for accrediation must pass accreditation procedure according to accreditation ruels and conditions – see www.czechrally.com – link media, accreditation rules, accreditation form. All accreditation applications must be sent by mail to the given address or by email to: zlinpressmedia@seznam.cz.
ATTENTION! Deadline for accreditation applications is Friday, August 13 2010! No accreditations can be accepted after this date! Private internet servers that do not provide news but only photos cannot be accredited under any circumstances!
Each accredited participant was obliged to document their publishing activities by sending a copy of the respective medium or a CD/DVD showing their journalist and photographic activities within 14 days (30 days for monthly periodicals). In case of breach of this obligation, you will be refused accreditation regardless of other accreditation criteria!
With respect to repeating large interest of foreign journalists in this year’s Barum Rally and with regard to safety at stages, it is impossible to accept all accreditation requests! This precaution applies especially to photographers and partly to TV crews!
Decision about granting or refusing accreditation will be sent to individual applicants by email from 18th to 22nd August 2010.
